Community Action Project

Mother and DaughterThe Community Action Project (CAP) grant provides up to $1,500 in funding to help launch new, innovative early learning events and programs. This grant is perfect for parents, community leaders and organizations who want to bring early learning programs to their community. Before applying for a grant, we highly suggest you review our grant guidelines.

Past grants have helped launch library early learning centers, sign language concerts and other important programs. Click here to read success stories from past grantees.

  1. Download the CAP grant application (.doc)
  2. Complete the application and compile supporting documents
  3. Submit your completed grant packet by mail, email or fax to:
