King County is a wonderfully diverse community with many outstanding people and programs working effectively with culturally diverse populations. SOAR is a King County partnership effort, and the purpose of the “Pieces” event is to provide a forum for highlighting local programs and networking and partnership building among those of us who work on behalf of the children, youth and families in our community.
