Dear Community Member:
The Department of Early Learning (DEL) is hosting a statewide provider forum on revising the licensing complaint examples posted on the Licensed Child Care Information System (LCCIS) website. The website is located at www.del.wa.gov/lccis. The forum will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2008 from 9am to noon.
We put the forum together because of concerns about the complaint examples that DEL posted in December 2007. We want your input on how to make improvements.
To learn more, view a copy of both the invitation letter and the forum agenda. To register, do so in one of three ways:
· Online. Complete the online registration.
· By mail or fax. Download, fill out, and mail or fax us the registration form. Instructions are on the form.
