Community Projects

The Foundation for Early Learning partners with community programs throughout Washington to help them collaborate, plan, and strengthen their efforts to prepare children for school. We work closely with our grantees to ensure that grant money is maximized and fulfills important early learning needs.

Listed below, you will find links to descriptions of our past grants, our current grants, and be able to search by region for grants given in your area of the state. We have several ongoing grants that enable us to reach out to specific programs and actually see improvements in specific communities and children. We also created a SharePoint site www.earlylearningshare.org.  This online directory of early learning coalitions in Washington State allows members to access, update and share information about their work. Once a month we host conference calls for our grantees and other early learning professionals to call-in, share information and learn from their peers.
